A subject matter expert in Intelligent Traffic Management, Simulation & Modelling, and Structural Health Monitoring (SHM), he specializes in delivering advanced technology solutions for smarter, sustainable, and emission-free urban and highway systems. Passionate about travel, exploration, and meaningful connections, Shantanu brings innovation and insight to every project.

Capt. Abhishek Sharma

Managing Director

Capt. Abhishek Sharma is a former Indian Army officer with over 15 years of experience in Operations and Technology Sales across Defence and Civil sectors. At Medulla-Soft Technologies, he leads end-to-end operations—from manufacturing and deployment to logistics and service delivery. Known for his leadership, discipline, and engineering expertise, Capt. Abhishek plays a key role in driving the company’s reliability and operational excellence. A passionate automobile engineer, he enjoys traveling, music, and spreading positivity.

Head- SHM Division

GBL is a specialist in Structural Health Monitoring (SHM), with deep expertise in stress and vibration analysis. With a strong foundation in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering, he leads the SHM division at Medulla-Soft Technologies, where he has successfully delivered multiple end-to-end projects. GBL is also proficient in programming, optimization techniques, and finite element analysis. He enjoys music, reading, and exploring innovative ideas.

Bhushan Burande

Head- Mobility Solutions

DBhushan is a transportation infrastructure specialist with a background in Civil Engineering and over 10 years of experience in traffic engineering and transport planning across India. His strong technical expertise in hybrid simulation modeling, urban junction design, road safety, and inland water transport, combined with his business development acumen, has been key to expanding Medulla-Soft Technologies’ national footprint. A passionate cricket enthusiast, Bhushan enjoys traveling with friends and family.

Parag is an Electronics and Telecommunication Engineer with a Business Management background and over 14 years of diverse experience in Product Development, Project Execution, Business Development, and Sales in the Traffic and Transportation sector. He specializes in Intelligent Traffic Management Systems for Smart Cities and Highways, Traffic Simulation & Modelling, Digital Mapping, and Crowdsourced Traffic Data Solutions.
