Shantanu is a seasoned serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in Civil Technology Solutions for the Traffic and Transport industry. A subject matter expert in Intelligent Traffic Management, Simulation & Modelling, and Structural Health Monitoring (SHM), he specializes in delivering advanced technology solutions for smarter, sustainable, and emission-free urban and highway systems. Passionate about travel, exploration, and meaningful connections, Shantanu brings innovation and insight to every project.

Capt. Abhishek Sharma

Managing Director

Capt. Abhishek Sharma is a former Indian Army officer with over 15 years of experience in Operations and Technology Sales across Defence and Civil sectors. At Medulla-Soft Technologies, he leads end-to-end operations—from manufacturing and deployment to logistics and service delivery. Known for his leadership, discipline, and engineering expertise, Capt. Abhishek plays a key role in driving the company’s reliability and operational excellence. A passionate automobile engineer, he enjoys traveling, music, and spreading positivity.

GBL Chowdary

Manager Operations

GBL is a specialist in Structural Health Monitoring (SHM), with deep expertise in stress and vibration analysis. With a strong foundation in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering, he leads the SHM division at Medulla-Soft Technologies, where he has successfully delivered multiple end-to-end projects. GBL is also proficient in programming, optimization techniques, and finite element analysis. He enjoys music, reading, and exploring innovative ideas.

Piyush Lalwani

Traffic Modeller

Piyush Lalwani is a Transport Planner with over 3 years of experience in traffic simulation, and large-scale data analysis. He is proficient in Aimsun, QGIS, ArcGIS and Python scripting, and is currently pursuing a part-time Ph.D. at IIT Delhi focused on road network resilience. At Medulla Soft Technologies, he contributes to both microscopic and mesoscopic simulation projects across major Indian cities.

Subhash Sharma

Traffic Modeller

Subhash Sharma is a skilled and dedicated Transport Planner with expertise in traffic simulation. He specializes in using AIMSUN software to accurately simulate traffic scenarios and optimize network performance. He has worked on multiple corridor and network level simulation projects and has helped devise valuable insights and traffic management strategies.
